As a Workplace Virtualization Specialist, you will be part of our team responsible for delivering expert-level virtualization services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in virtualization technologies, including Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and provide timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Work closely with customers to review their IT environments, identify technological gaps, and develop remediation plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to articulate technical issues and resolutions using non-technical language.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with client ticketing systems and support tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex VDI-related issues.
- Experience with implementing Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, Citrix XenServer, and NetScaler/Citrix ADC.
