**Job Summary**
The Account Owner role at Citi involves providing expertise in payment process execution and account balance integrity. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
As an Account Owner, you will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations, identify and resolve issues, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with FRSS team to review account status and support RMO accounts reconciliation
- Analyze payments processes to understand end-to-end process execution
- Work as a partner with Integrated Close team and FRSS team to achieve common goals
- Determine root causes of reconciling items and implement corrective actions
- Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations
**Requirements**
- English intermediate level
- Proficiency in MS Office (High Word, Excel knowledge)
- 3+ years of experience in accounting control environment (AR, AP, R2R, I2C, etc.)
- Good computer systems skills, good verbal and written communications skills, good prioritization skills and time management
- Ability to multi-task, accountability, team player, excellent customer service, action orientation, good adapting to change
- P2P/Oracle Literate (Desirable)
