About the Role:
Tebra is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to support our accounting department and billing processes. This role will involve managing inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, making outbound calls to collect payment on overdue balances, and processing salesforce cases related to billing and collection inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to collect payment on overdue balances
- Process salesforce cases related to billing and collection inquiries
- Download and explain invoices to customers
- Assist customers with updating their method of payment on file
Requirements:
- Intermediate Salesforce knowledge and experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
- Fluent in English; verbal and written
- 1+ years answering inbound phone calls
- A professional and friendly demeanor for our customers and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize and execute many assignments in a quick and efficient manner
