Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Onboarding Manager to lead our team in ensuring a seamless experience for new software vendors in our marketplace.

This critical role involves overseeing the entire workflow for pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding of new software vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for our vendors, and driving marketplace success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 professionals in managing the onboarding process.
  • Oversee and manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding workflows for new software vendors.
  • Identify and analyze operational challenges, implementing solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices across all onboarding stages.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new vendors throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve results.
  • In-depth understanding of operational best practices and process optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Benefits:

As a Senior Vendor Onboarding Manager at Cognizant, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
