**Job Summary:**
The E2E Marketing Orchestrator leads operational framework development for end-to-end workflow management, encompassing Brands, Insights, IMX, creative, and execution. Key responsibilities include orchestrating process parts, charters overview, communication flow between stakeholders, coordination of fusion points, download sessions, and reporting.
This role requires an individual contributor capable of leading by influence extended functional teams and agencies; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing necessary ecosystem of meetings and routines (fusion points, reports, decision meetings, download sessions) for efficient user experience.
- Initiative's orchestration and management through the E2E process, enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag.
- Establish proper backlog in project management tools according to prioritization results.
- Generate insights about E2E Process (improvements, stop, start, learnings).
- Kanban E2E Flow with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives workload visibility.
**Requirements:*
- 10-12 years of experience working with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
- Awareness of Agile / Scrum
- Change agents that are ambitious and have a balance of creativity and business understanding.
