Deliver Exceptional Experiences

We're seeking an experienced Field Instructor to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Field Instructor, you will be responsible for leading our experiential education programs, promoting personal growth, leadership, and cultural immersion among participants.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Course Delivery: Develop and lead engaging course activities that align with our mission and values.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director to plan and execute lessons, menus, and accommodations that meet the needs of our participants.
  3. Logistics Management: Manage expenses, gear, and equipment for each course to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork related to each course efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively engage with participants from diverse backgrounds.
