- Investigate and resolve escalated requests within set SLAs while meeting quality parameters;
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on the status of investigations;
- Surface risks, defects, or corrective measures with leaders to drive continuous improvement of the seller account enforcement framework;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- 2+ years experience in program or risk management;
- Evidence of escalation management and investigatory background;
- A history of senior stakeholder engagement;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Strong communication skills;
- Background in regulatory and seller compliance.
