Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Offshoring Team Lead to join our global sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue by helping launch high-potential merchants on Amazon's marketplace.
About the Role: As an Offshoring Team Lead, you will work closely with Business Teams across the world to integrate seller content onto the Amazon platform. This includes correcting and enhancing existing product content to meet Amazon's bar for product data quality.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate seller content onto the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates.
- Correct and enhance existing content of products with high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.
- Work with Selling Partners or Account Managers to gather requirements and build tools and processes to increase ease and efficiency of seller integration with Amazon.
- Collaborate with Sales Onboarding Program Managers to gather knowledge in tools and processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience leading process improvements.
- Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
- Experience in managing critical operational processes with SLA responsibility.
