**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for performing various administrative and back office activities related to the hiring process, ensuring seamless support to all hiring profiles on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Auditing requisitions for compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting pre- and post-offer processes, including generating employment-related contracts.
- Providing offer development support and acting as a liaison with Post Offer Support and Onboarding teams.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative and/or data entry roles at multinational companies.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 1+ year of experience supporting hiring processes in Latin America.
- Experience with Workday Recruitment modules.
- Business Process Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance skills.
