**Your Impact**

You will make an impact by:

- Developing expertise on data governance and processes.
- Setting up master data, including conditional data such as PIR, Product Costing components, X-Ref, legacy Euroms2, Lotus Notes, etc..
- Monitoring work queues for new requests (i.e., tickets, material create/extend, cleansing, replacement, etc.)
- Completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e., ticket resolution, material creation/extension, cleansing etc.)
- Coordinating respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time, leveraging global Master Data Global Operations Support team to meet Service Level Agreements
- Facilitating the data collection process and output for SAP, including follow-up with the business on missing fields or incorrect data.
- Maintaining business group workflow/routing configuration information.
- Providing reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility.
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time.
- May include coordination activities such as follow-up on data collection delays, data collection process administration, legacy process delays, product costing failures, and/or responding to general Master Data related questions or issues.
- Creating training materials, process flows, and procedures.
- Being a point of contact for Division(s) for Material requests (new Material setup, Material extensions for sales org/plant, and reactivation, product hierarchy)
- Escalating issues as needed.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, Solventum requires (at a minimum):

- A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university, or advanced student.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in shared service centers, customer service or master data management, supply chain or manufacturing.
- Business level fluency in English (B1 or higher), both spoken and written.
- Spanish (Advanced) or as a primary language.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, enjoying working with operational transactional processes.
- A collaborative Team player, proactive, and able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience using data collection master data tools (SAP, Salesforce, Legacy Systems, PowerBi, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics)
- Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Foreign language skills
- Proficient in Excel
