Talent Acquisition Recruiter RoleYou will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by identifying, engaging, and selecting talent that aligns with our values, contributes to our culture, and drives success.
Collaborating with hiring managers, you will understand their talent needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Hiring Managers: Understand position requirements, role responsibilities, and candidate profiles to design effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Sourcing and Engaging Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Writing Compelling Job Postings: Craft inclusive and compelling job postings reflecting our organizational culture, effectively conveying role responsibilities and qualifications.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions.
Interviewer Guidance and Training: Provide interviewers with guidance and training on effective interviewing techniques.
Candidate Experience: Promote the company's values, culture, and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates through various recruitment channels.
Candidate Communication and Feedback: Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and information throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources, or a related role.
- Global recruitment experience or experience recruiting across Latin America and the US highly preferred.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
