**About the Role**
The Data Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Experian's data assets. This involves working closely with internal teams and external clients to identify and resolve data quality issues, and developing processes and procedures to improve data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor data quality metrics and identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and implement data validation rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Design and implement data migration and transformation scripts.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for data management processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data management or related field.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and practices.
- Experience with data validation and migration tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
