Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide superior support to our customers, including dental offices and labs. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Answering incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing basic technical support on all Straumann products.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
- Problem solving and providing resolution to order and shipping issues.
- Accomplishing weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in customer services or support.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior dental experience, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and strong interpersonal skills are highly desirable.
