We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Latin America. As a Sales Leader, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing our sales strategy for the region.

You'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

You'll also be responsible for managing our sales pipeline and ensuring that our sales targets are met. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and improve sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance

Manage our sales pipeline and ensure that sales targets are met

Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements

Collaborate with our product teams to develop new solutions and improve existing ones

Requirements

">

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

">

10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a technology industry

">

Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance

">

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals

">

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities

">

Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally
