This role requires technical support for Citibank's global infrastructure, including diagnosing and solving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Citi infrastructure.
">Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include direct engagement in operations, immediate notifications for critical issues, and acting as the service owner. You will also have the opportunity to develop communication skills through cooperation with employees at various levels, in different regions of the world, and from a wide range of global IT and business. ">Requirements: We are looking for someone with high energy, able to adjust changes, good organizational and coordinating skills, and high-reaching dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement. Strong communication skills, delegation skills, and leadership skills are also essential. Previous experience working in an IT operation, knowledge of ITILv3 or v4, and familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure are required. Additionally, good English command and background in operating distributed services within international, dynamic environments are preferred.
