We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing and validating customer incentives plans, managing accruals, and preparing for review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading annual CIP into Vistex
- Processing and checking/reimbursing customer incentives payments
- Raising rebate payment requests through Sales Force Case
- Validating MDF proof of performance to ensure consistency with company guidelines
- Posting accruals in Vistex
- Preparing and running accrual review meetings
- Managing close agreements aligned with finance, with reconciliation owned by RTR
- Ensuring adherence to 3M regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance discipline, or three (3) combined years of experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Analysis)
- Fluent in Business English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
