Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in medical device manufacturing. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on advanced projects related to process development and improvement. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to launch, while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable. You must have more than 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, preferably in a highly regulated industry. Strong project management skills, including leadership, cost reduction, and quality improvement, are essential. Proficiency in personal computer software for data analysis and project management, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab, is also required. Additionally, you should have experience with Six Sigma tools, GMPS, and process validation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
