We are looking for a talented System Engineer-L1 to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in designing, configuring, and supporting common systems infrastructure.
As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will work closely with senior technicians to design, configure, develop, and support widely shared, complex, and critical infrastructure. You will also be responsible for using automated delivery tools such as Terraform, evaluating, testing, and installing complex security patches and bug fixes as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to create and conduct formal presentations, and communicate clearly and convey necessary information. They will also have strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support common systems infrastructure, including network and security settings.
- Work closely with senior technicians to design, configure, develop, and support widely shared, complex, and critical infrastructure.
