Process Improvement Specialist

This position plays a critical role in leading our inbound operations at 3M's Medical Solutions Division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, excellent leadership skills, and strong analytical abilities.
About the Role
- Lead our inbound operations team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions
- Implement process improvements and creative solutions to work processes and tools
- Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the team
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service or similar knowledge and degree
- 1-3 years of experience in teams handling customer-facing and call centers
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) is a must
- Leadership skills
- Experience with report generating, analyzing, and presenting data in an easy-to-understand format
- Experience with high-volume data entry
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Microsoft Office advanced knowledge
- Excellent communications, writing, and oral presentation skills
- Team-oriented person who can focus on details and quality
