">We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. This role will be primarily responsible for working with manufacturing processes and engineering counterparts to support product inspections and product and process compliance to established procedures. The successful candidate will take corrective and preventive action as required by procedures to support the continued operation of the manufacturing lines and the introduction of new manufacturing line processes or transfer of existing processes from other facilities into Costa Rica.
">The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field and 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing or other related fields. A master's degree is desirable, as is the ability to interpret technical drawings and understand and apply statistical methods and standard quality tools.
