About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Philips. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance in processes related to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures for regulated products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes and their environment to identify areas for improvement.
- Remediation: Develop and implement plans to address non-conformances and improve overall quality systems.
- Validation: Ensure that new or changed manufacturing processes are validated to meet regulatory requirements.
- Quality System Design: Support the design of quality systems for both new product introductions (NPIs) and ongoing manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing, preferably with knowledge of statistical methods and standard quality tools.
- Language Skills: Intermediate/advanced English skills.
- Desirable Abilities: Ability to interpret technical drawings, including mechanical dimensioning and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
