Procurement Expert with International Focus

JLL prioritizes supporting the Whole You, personally and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Negotiate commercial deals for renewals and new requirements, ensuring optimal pricing and payment terms.
  • Run RFP/RFQ/RFI processes to find the best options for the business, collaborating with suppliers and supporting stakeholders in reviewing options and contracting as necessary.
  • Analyze pricing information and data to build total cost of ownership and identify opportunities for further cost efficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to save money or aggregate demand, working closely with Category Directors/Managers.

**Collaborative Work Environment:

  • Partner with Category Directors/Managers and business stakeholders to ensure full alignment on the approach, key goals, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely updates to business stakeholders and recommend and influence change.

**Project Management and Reporting:

  • Manage sourcing activities, reporting savings onto the sourcing platform, Jaggaer, and ensuring contracts and approvals are uploaded accordingly.
  • Ascertain approvals in line with JLL's approval guidelines.

**International Sourcing Expertise:

  • SOURCE internationally, appreciating nuances that may need to be considered.
  • Provide timely updates to Category Directors/Managers as applicable.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a procurement function.
  • Advanced or Fluent English level expected.
  • French/German language skills are a plus.

  • Excellent team player with ability to coordinate across different geographies.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Articulate and confident, able to share insights with team members and debrief senior colleagues.
  • Commercial focus and financial acumen.
