3M is seeking a Procurement Expert to drive supply chain optimization and improve procurement efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that meet business objectives
  • Managing procurement processes, including purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide order management support and analyze open orders, shipments, and accruals
  • Troubleshooting invoices with exceptions and resolving vendor and requester queries

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of university/college education
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, buying, order management, and accounts payable principles
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

At 3M, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
