**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the processing of travel and expense claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the senior guidance process and ensuring that all relevant documents are submitted according to legal requirements and internal guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the senior guidance process for expense reports
  • Ensure good communication with local units and internal/external customers
  • Read, understand and apply procedures from area of responsibility

**Requirements**

  • English language proficiency: B1/B2 level
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and computer skills
  • Customer orientation and very good communication skills

**Working Conditions**

This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
