- Conducts feasibility analysis for significant process changes.
- Acquires data from primary or secondary sources to maintain database systems.
- Identifies and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Resolves varied and complex issues with notable impact on the business using professional judgment, discretion, and expertise.
- Communicates tactfully with project stakeholders or internal parties.
- Monitors performance and quality control plans to identify issues or ways to improve systems and database designs.
- SUPPORTS projects to acquire, manage, and present data for reporting and statistics.
- Participates in discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
- Tests features and functionality in software releases as needed.
- Supports ongoing reporting and audit deliverables.
- Generates, reviews, and distributes error reports.
- Follows up on incident tickets.
