Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing our customers' services experience, ensuring that we exceed their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical support within the high-tech industry and 5+ years of client-facing sales or services experience. They will also possess project management or service delivery qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL.
This role requires the ability to prioritize work within a demanding environment, delivering consistent results even under pressure. The successful candidate will also be able to identify key customer stakeholders, engage and build relationships without direct supervision.
As a member of our technical support team, you will provide support to customers after they have purchased our products. You will be involved in fixing integrations and critical issues as they arise, seeking them out to ensure our customers are safely supported.
