About the Role
The Field Clinical Specialist will provide clinical support to customers in the field, assisting with case coverage, troubleshooting, and training on company products. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provides field clinical support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
- Attends cases face-to-face/remote with customers and advises physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with company products.
- Ensures timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operations.
- Supports the team in achieving projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues.
- Develops a deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales.
- Responds to complex customer needs and complaints, developing creative solutions or working with other personnel to resolve issues.
- Records customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- English proficiency.
- Driver's license.
- Updated passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device experience.
- Costa Rica Medtech industry experience.
- Healthcare experience.
