As a Junior Customer Service Specialist at Swarovski, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of queries and complaints.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in our customers' lives. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolving standard queries and complaints through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Providing accurate and detailed product information to customers, including size, color, stock availability, and care instructions.
- Assisting with online order information requests, including placement, cancellation, refund, and exchange inquiries.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role in multinational contact centers doing inbound and outbound customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with online business platforms and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Fluency in English language (C1 level) and proficiency in one additional European language.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
