Sysco Costa Rica seeks a diligent Accounts Payable Data Entry File Specialist to input invoices and maintain files in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Input invoices and maintain accurate filing systems for vendor invoices, credit memos, and statements.
- Maintain electronic filing cabinets for digital invoice files.
- Assist Accounts Payable Representatives in retrieving invoice copies.
- Prepare vendor checks for mailing.
- Handle vendor problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; one or more years' experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced English (B2+).
- Personal computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Able to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, facsimile machines, 10-key calculators, etc.
- Keyboard speed and accuracy.
- Ability to write short correspondence.
- Ability to accurately spell.
- Ability to speak and write English in a clear, understandable manner.
- Ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and processes.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
