We are looking for a highly skilled Java developer to join our team at Ex2 Outcoding. As a senior member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using Java technology.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test Java-based software applications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX design, QA, and product management;
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions;
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and platforms;
**Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Java programming language and its ecosystem;
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns;
- Familiarity with Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
