Requirements
- Bachelor's or Licentiate Degree in Industrial Production, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Computer Engineering, or related field; or at least 3 years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- 1+ years of experience in Leadership Positions, High Volume Manufacturing, Technical supervisor, Operational Excellence in teams responsible for accomplishing operational objectives and continuous improvement.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Possess permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
