The ideal candidate will have excellent instructional skills, able to provide general training in a classroom or virtual setting on processes and products for employees or clients along with On the Job Training for new hires, level ups, and cross-training. They will also maintain up-to-date manuals, scripts, and other job aid documents, evaluate trainee progress, and adjust training methods to suit individual trainee needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee growth and development.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency (B2+/C1).
- 9 months of experience in USIS Business Care processes.
- Basic G Suite skills (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Good performance standing for the last 6 months (grading 92 QA and Ops).
