As a UX Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team in creating exceptional user experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients, business partners, industry experts, and the development team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Align the team with business goals and user needs
- Develop complex, innovative UX strategies
- Plan how to carry out projects
- Conduct research and design-thinking exercises
- Define information architecture
- Provide direction and quality assurance on solution proposals
- Ensure the proper handoff of final designs to developers
Requirements:
- Advance-advanced English Proficiency
- 6+ years of experience in UX agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups
- Experience leading projects and teams on UX/UI for international clients and global brands
- Strong UX portfolio including pieces for international clients
- Experience in at least 3 different industries such as fintech, automotive, health, e-commerce, food chains, and others
- Advanced understanding of visual design
- Current with the latest design and prototyping tools used in their area
