The Healthcare Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the government logging and discrepancy analysis function. This includes verifying the accuracy of calculated discounts and analyzing discrepancies to determine root cause and resolution steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve unpaid claims and month-end governmental reports
- Conduct thorough governmental discrepancy analysis and resolution
- Process batch report corrections
- Manage Medicare Bad Debt effectively
- Maintain adherence to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) at B2+ level or higher
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
- Experience with Process QA advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks accurately within short timeframes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
