The Role of a Cloud Solution Architect

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals through the effective implementation of cloud technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and negotiating orders.

You will work collaboratively with our direct sales team, clients, and partners to provide comprehensive support for all presales solution aspects of the sales cycle. This includes requirement study, RFI/RFP preparation, opportunity support, proposal support, demo/PoC support, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and design logical workflow and network diagrams for public cloud environments
  • Act as a trusted solution architect to enterprise clients, providing expert guidance on cloud adoption
  • Consult and collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives
  • Identify cloud technologies and provide best-suited cloud solutions to customers based on their needs
  • Design solutions based on end-customer requirements and deliver predefined ROI
  • Help product teams launch new value-added products and services related to cloud product portfolios
  • Prepare solutions containing design documents, scope of work, architecture, bill of materials for cloud/IT hardware and managed services
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Executive-level communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to mentor others
  • Relevant experience in building Proof of Concept (PoCs), deployment, and technical support of cloud solutions
  • Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills
