Job Description
The Compliance Administrator will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR Compliance department, inclusive of Mergers & Acquisitions. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining compliance initiatives
- Providing guidance on Compliance related policies and procedures
- Processing sponsored employee visas and extensions
- Auditing HR Compliance related transactions
- Maintaining accurate records
Responsibilities
The Compliance Administrator will:
- Provide back-up support with the execution of the Compliance program
- Assist with HR auditing functions, Reasonable Accommodation, Unemployment Claims, and Worker's Compensation
- Process Validation of employees and I-9 verifications as needed for US employees
- Maintain I-9 forms, including reverifications, delete I-9s by retention dates
- Assist with internal audits, as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
