Job Description

The Compliance Administrator will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR Compliance department, inclusive of Mergers & Acquisitions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining compliance initiatives
  • Providing guidance on Compliance related policies and procedures
  • Processing sponsored employee visas and extensions
  • Auditing HR Compliance related transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records

Responsibilities

The Compliance Administrator will:

  • Provide back-up support with the execution of the Compliance program
  • Assist with HR auditing functions, Reasonable Accommodation, Unemployment Claims, and Worker's Compensation
  • Process Validation of employees and I-9 verifications as needed for US employees
  • Maintain I-9 forms, including reverifications, delete I-9s by retention dates
  • Assist with internal audits, as necessary

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
