Job Description

The PTP Team lead will support the front desk organization, leading the relationship with internal and external customers, managing metrics, and providing support to projects aimed at improving processes in the Procurement to Payment (PTP) department.

This role involves working cross-functionally across all Bacardi departments to route and close escalated issues, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform monthly market reviews to share results and discuss PTP Key Performance Indicators (KPIS), defining and implementing action plans for improvement and compliance with Bacardi Policies.
  2. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Have regular 'Let's Talk' conversations with the team, supporting them with their career plans and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  4. Lead calls and communication with internal and external users, ensuring seamless interaction and issue resolution.
  5. Provide functional expertise to the PTP organization, driving process improvements and best practices.
  6. Coordinate daily tasks to achieve KPIS, guaranteeing exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable with high knowledge in SAP, SRM, and Taulia.
  • Customer Service orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
