Your Opportunity
The OTC Sr. Analyst role is a critical position within our Global Shared Services Center, reporting directly to the OTC Accounts Receivable Team Lead.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering Best-In-Class OTC processes, ensuring timely and accurate recovery, and managing proper collection activities.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Rebates and Customer Services teams, to provide visibility of deductions and prioritize cases for resolution.
Responsibilities
- Execute the collections process cycle, accelerating cash collections and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue percentage.
- Create a monthly collections strategy to ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with the Cash Apps team to reconcile accounts and apply payments accurately.
- Become a problem solver, addressing issues reported by customers and stakeholders.
- Manage escalation and track common mistakes and complaints.
- Keep track of trends that produce un-collectability (disputes/claims, rebates deductions, returns, etc.).
- Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with stakeholders to share results, challenges, and require support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in Shared Services environments.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Finance background.
- Experience using SAP platform.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to push creative thinking beyond existing practices and mindsets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to capture information clearly and concisely.
- Proactive individual who can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
