We are seeking a talented Risk Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. As a member of our Global Product team, you will be responsible for supporting the NA Recalls Logistics Service program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and experience working with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the recalls process and the NA regulatory landscape as it pertains to product safety.
Key responsibilities will include planning and conducting periodic business reviews with leadership teams, embracing the use of data analytics to increase value and reduce costs to serve, and managing several projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy. The successful candidate will also develop key metrics and performance indicators to track progress against business objectives and measure results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, logistics, supply chain, regulatory, risk management or related field.
- JD, MBA, MS or MA (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Retail, Manufacturing, Law, Public Policy, or Equivalent).
- 7+ years experience in program management, risk management, or legal experience.
- Prior knowledge of the US regulatory landscape pertaining to recalls and product safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, deliver and measure programs with a growing scope or complexity.
