Key Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Team Member, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate data between HR systems, ensuring compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation
- Administer HR documentation, such as SOPs and internal communications on the intranet site
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely attention to requests and concerns from colleagues
- Prepare regular reports and maintain employee records and data entry
- Assist in audits of HR process data to ensure alignment with compliance regulations
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment
- Proficient in English and French language
