Job Overview

The Senior Business Partner, Human Resources will act as a strategic advisor to management and employees in internal communications, social responsibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion work. This role will advise Business Operations Leadership and/or partner with HR specialty areas in the utilization and implementation of HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects and provide input for strategic activities for assigned large/complex client group(s), including identifying critical HR metrics and new business strategies and talent issues before they affect the business.
  • Understand the communication needs of the large/complex client group(s) to the company strategy and generate strategic relationships with the community and different groups of interest to align the business strategy with the needs of the community.
  • Advise and coach leadership on a variety of business issues that impact talent and/or business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of previous related Human Resources experience, including internal communications, social responsibility programs, and diversity equity and inclusion.
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and HR systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence change, proven success adhering to and leading project schedules, and managing projects.
