Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Strategy Director to partner with our region's leaders and drive growth and recognition in Latin America. As an RML, you'll implement Gensler's global marketing strategies on a regional level, develop high-level strategy, integration across design/practice areas/geography, client/market intelligence, and related principal-level business management responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional marketing and business development strategy
- Partner with regional managing principals and office/practice leaders to plan and execute strategies for developing existing or new markets
- Provide business intelligence to regional leadership
- Drive integration across practice areas, identify opportunities for new service offerings, and thought leadership outreach
- Align the firm's global strategies with local market considerations
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years professional experience in marketing and communications; preferably in the architecture/design, real estate, or professional services industry
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field; a master's degree may be advantageous
- Experience developing business in Mexico, Central and South America markets
- Experience leading/managing marketing teams
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese would be an additional benefit
About You
You're an experienced marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and recognition in Latin America. You have a proven track record of implementing global marketing strategies on a regional level, developing high-level strategy, integration across design/practice areas/geography, client/market intelligence, and related principal-level business management responsibilities. You're bilingual in Spanish and English, and you're comfortable working closely with executive-level leaders of the firm.
