**Responsibilities**
G&A Consolidations:
- Capture, consolidate, and analyze General and Administrative (G&A) financials for Workday, and assist with month-end close and forecasting processes.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to summarize G&A expenses and trends for management review. This includes Capital expenditures, operating expenses, and Headcount variance reporting.
- Partner with G&A Finance team to provide data insights, establish key metrics, and find opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements related to G&A expenses.
Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis in response to requests from management or other departments.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Miscellaneous Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support various internal and external reporting requirements.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Participate in projects as assigned by management.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
