We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Business Services team as a Supply Chain Recruiter Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing business requirements and identifying top talent to drive the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with People Managers to determine applicant requirements and provide coaching to drive identification, selection, and landing of best talent.
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to generate active and passive talent for current and future vacancies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Recruiting function, preferably recruiting for the United States.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Supply chain positions is preferred.
- Excellent English skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
