As a Maximo Software Developer at IBM, you will play a vital role in leading the company into the future by translating system requirements into customized systems. You will work in an agile environment where collaboration and innovation drive success.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • Perform hands-on analysis, troubleshooting, coding/development, testing, and implementation of Maximo defects/enhancements/user-stories.
  • Participate in requirement gathering & requirement analysis process and ensure business requirements are complete, detailed, and avoid solution directions.
  • Develop and confirm solutions and clarify requirements.
  • Test enhancements and defect fixes prior to business acceptance testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, defect analysis, and defect trend analysis for critical business issues to help identify root causes for complex and frequent problems and stabilize the Maximo environment.
  • Follow the usual Agile scrum model and align with team/squad activities and sprint activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least three years of experience in implementing, upgrading, or supporting IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software.
  • Developed medium to complex workflows on standard Maximo objects like PR, PO contracts, and work orders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

">
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Able to work in worldwide teams.
