**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Costa Rica.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all payment methods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Cash Handling: Process all payment methods in accordance with company policies and procedures, follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures, count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times, complete opening duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, transport bank to/from assigned workstation.
- Teamwork: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
