Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze process risks and develop metrics to measure compliance.
- Evaluate risk and compliance indicator performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and standards related to risk and compliance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visuals to provide visibility of compliance indicators and risks.
- Communicate findings and trends to business owners and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process-driven or technical environments related to process risks and KPI visualization.
- English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with data reporting and data visualization software.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement methodologies.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in business processes risk management and/or compliance fields.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (post-covid) to the US.
