The ideal candidate for this role will have expert-level skills in virtualization technologies, including Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft. They will be able to lead the resolution of major incidents in a customer's virtualization environment and provide technical recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.

This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical issues using non-technical language. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as experience with client ticketing systems and support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of major incidents in a customer's virtualization environment
  • Provide technical recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level skills in virtualization technologies (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to articulate complex technical issues using non-technical language
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Experience with client ticketing systems and support tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • More than 1 year of experience in support of virtual environment infrastructure
  • VMware Horizon implementation knowledge
  • VMware vSphere implementation knowledge
  • Windows Server implementation knowledge
