**Overview of the Role:**
The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing IT services and operations in our Central Zone, which covers Central America and Peru. This role ensures seamless integration with other functional services and areas to provide end-to-end delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an IT Strategy/Business Plan: Create a comprehensive plan for the Central Zone based on a deep understanding of the LATAM operating unit (OU), its priorities, and the broader growth strategy. Align with OU management on key performance indicators to measure progress and achievements.
- Drive Major Programs: Implement initiatives in areas such as data & analytics, digital marketing, customer/commercial, collaboration platforms, innovation, and security/regulation/risk management/audit.
- Sustainable Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with bottling partners in the OU.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as an active member on OU management/functional teams, representing IT while contributing business perspectives. Connect with the LATAM Technology Tower to validate global contract changes considering local and system-wide business impact.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience managing IT programs and business portfolio platforms, including IT program and change management, Agile methodology, people management, leadership, and building strategic relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the FMCG industry, particularly in digitization and eCommerce models like B2B, D2C, Omnichannel.
