About the Role:
- Lead product materials variance analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic day-to-day activities, including domestic tobacco procurement, farmers payments, and OVH budget control.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze costing variations and develop analytics to highlight business risks and opportunities.
- Develop and present financial insights to the organization, identifying best practices and standardizing processes where possible.
- Contribute to the Monthly Finance Operations Review, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closure activities and accruals.
- Review and document internal and SOx controls, as well as WMS control, and drive continuous departmental improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement Financial Analysis, Commercial/Finance Operations, or related area.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of product materials dynamics and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive process improvement.
